OUR DATA LOGGERS

The Ilios Integrators Data Logger is a multifunctional data recorder with both analog and digital inputs, designed to monitor environmental data in small, medium, and large-scale solar power plants, in compliance with the IEC 61724 standard. It provides high precision, robustness, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.


The Ilios Data Logger can read various analog and digital sensors. With a data collection frequency of 1 Hz, it can store processed values– such as Maximum, Minimum, Average, and Standard Deviation–as well as calculations like kWh, daily kWh, and accumulated kWh in .CSV format.


In addition to the Ilios Data Logger, Ilios Integrators leverages its expertise with a wide range of data loggers, including trusted brands like Campbell, Ammonit, OTT, and VAISALA, to deliver customized solutions that meet each client’s unique requirements, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

OUR ELECTRICAL CONTROL PANEL

The data collection box is manufactured from fiberglass-reinforced polyester and coated with automotive resin, ensuring over 10 years of resistance to solar exposure and water damage.
The electrical panel is equipped with multiple surge protection devices (SPDs), including individual protection for each analog and digital channel, such as RS485 Modbus networks and Ethernet Modbus TCP/IP.
All sensors are connected to the electrical panel via IP65-rated Plug & Play connectors, facilitating quick replacement with new sensors during corrective maintenance. The electrical panels come with standard engineering documentation in .DWG format, including single-line diagrams and mechanical installation drawings for the panels in solar station towers.

TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS & SUPPORT

Each Ilios Solar Radiation Station, comes with comprehensive technical documentation, including the user manual, technical drawings gallery, equipment datasheets, bill of materials, structural calculation report, single-line diagram, Modbus communication map, calibration certificates, and the inspection and test plan (ITP).
Documents come both in physical form with the equipment and digitally via online transfer as part of the station purchase, giving you all the resources you need.

Electrical Panels

The electrical panel includes an Ethernet port with an open Modbus TCP/IP protocol, enabling seamless integration with SCADA systems for solar plant monitoring—completely free of licenses or annual fees.

Connectors

Equipped with stainless steel IP65 connectors, it ensures quick and safe sensor replacement in the field. Sensor cables are labeled at both ends, and power is supplied via cable glands.

Batteries

The system can be designed with backup batteries, sized according to the client's project needs, and can operate for several days as a backup. If required, it can also operate 100% with solar energy, making it a hybrid system (AC Energy and Solar Energy).

Pyranometers

Ilios features advanced pyranometers like the SR300, compliant with the IEC 61724 standard, providing solar irradiance data along with diagnostics for internal humidity, tilt, temperature, ventilation, and pressure.

Sun Trackers

Ilios has extensive expertise in installing sun trackers that accurately measure both diffuse and direct irradiance with high precision.

Anemometers

Ilios integrates versatile sensors like the GMX600 ultrasonic model, which measures wind speed, direction, air temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, and precipitation with minimal maintenance requirements. The 304 stainless steel anemometer brackets offer outstanding corrosion resistance, with laser-cut precision for accurate dimensions and smooth edges.

FEATURED PRODUCTS

Ilios offers various mechanical mounting solutions for pyranometers and soiling measurement sensors, equipped with electrical isolators, which are installed on solar trackers from several manufacturers, such as STI, Next Tracker, Soltec, and Trina, to measure POA or POA REAR Solar Irradiance.

PV Temperature Module

Measurement of temperature in bifacial solar panels, featuring high thermal conductivity.

POA REAR

Designer to measure solar irradiance on the rear side of bifacial solar panels, the POA REAR pyranometer captures reflected ground light and diffuse environmental light diffused .

Soiling Sensor

Custom support was developed to secure the soiling sensor at the tip of a tracker, ensuring the sensor is positioned at the same height as the plane of the solar panels installed on the tracker.

Anemometer Mount

The 304 stainless steel anemometer brackets provida excellent corrosion resistance for outdoor use. Laser-cut for pricision, they ensure accurate dimensions and smooth edges. Sensors for wind speed and direction are positioned away from the towwer to minimeze interference.
